Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Connecticut to lead weekend nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold resident safety across shifts.

The role reports to nursing administration, mentors RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and coordinates clinical rounds, triage, admissions, and EMR documentation. Flexible weekend schedules with Baylor option and full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• CT-licensed RN required.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making for weekends.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, staffing workflows.
• Perform triage and rapid clinical decision-making during events.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers and hospital discharges.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation compliance with DPH and CMS.
