KingRecruitingServices is seeking Weekend RN Supervisors to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. This permanent, on-site role offers flexible weekend shifts and a Baylor option.

Reporting to nursing administration, the Weekend RN Supervisor provides on-site clinical leadership, triage oversight, and support to charge nurses, floor nurses, and CNAs to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Connecticut
• Clinical Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab
• Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in a long-term care setting
• Clinical Prioritization: Ability to manage priorities and make rapid decisions on weekends
• EMR Proficiency: Experience with EMR systems such as PointClickCare

Responsibilities

• Weekend Clinical Leadership: Supervise and direct weekend nursing operations to ensure person-centered care
• Unit Operations & Rounds: Conduct routine rounds and monitor resident conditions and staff workflows
• Triage & Emergency Response: Provide rapid clinical decision-making during status changes or events
• Admissions & Transfers: Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders
• Staff Guidance & Support: Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and ensure shift accountability
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate EMR documentation per DPH and CMS
