Job summary

Qualifications
- Active CT RN license with 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
- Experience supervising weekend nursing operations preferred.
- Proficient in EMR documentation and nursing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Weekend clinical leadership: supervise and direct weekend nursing operations.
- Conduct routine rounds across clinical units and monitor care delivery.
- Provide rapid triage and emergency response during status changes.
- Assist admissions, transfers, and room assignments on weekends.
- Coach and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs for shift accountability.
- Ensure compliant EMR documentation per DPH and CMS rules.
