Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for a Connecticut senior living provider. This on-site leadership role directs weekend nursing operations, oversees triage, and supports charge nurses, CNAs, and LPNs while ensuring care continuity and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will supervise rounds, document in the EMR (e.g., PointClickCare), mentor staff, and coordinate admissions and transfers on weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
2–3 years RN experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
Prior supervisory experience preferred in long-term care.
Proficient in EMR documentation and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

Oversee weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership.
Supervise rounds, monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
Provide rapid clinical decisions during changes or events.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and room assignments on weekends.
Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure teamwork and accountability.
Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
