Loxo is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. The role reports to nursing administration and ensures continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and resident safety across weekend shifts.

The position requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and prior supervisory experience. Baylor weekend structure offers full-time benefits eligibility with 32 weekend hours paid as 38 hours.

Qualificações

• RN license in CT (active, unrestricted).
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred in long-term care.
• Ability to prioritize clinically and make weekend decisions.
• Hands-on EMR documentation and orders in PointClickCare.

Responsabilidades

• Weekend nursing operations supervision and support.
• Conduct routine rounds across clinical units and monitor resident care and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during status changes or emergencies.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
