Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking Weekend RN Supervisors in Connecticut to lead weekend nursing operations. This on-site role requires supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensuring continuity of care with physician orders and patient safety across weekend shifts.

The position offers a Baylor option and full-time benefits; candidates must hold a CT RN license with 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience and EMR proficiency to support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unrestricted in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems for documentation and orders.

Responsibilities

• Weekend clinical leadership and supervision of nursing operations.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions and workflows.
• Provide rapid triage and emergency response decisions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges on weekends.
• Coach and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure compliant EMR documentation per DPH and CMS.
