Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend operations at our Connecticut facility. The role reports to nursing administration and requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and prior supervision.

Weekend shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with Baylor option for 32 weekend hours. This permanent on-site position emphasizes clinical leadership, EMR documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• CT RN licensure required.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
• EMR proficiency with PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend clinical leadership to nursing staff.
• Oversee unit operations and rounds.
• Perform triage and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge orders.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while ensuring shift accountability.
• Ensure compliant EMR documentation per DPH and CMS.
