Job summary
Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. This permanent, on-site role supports regulatory compliance, triage, and staff guidance across RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, with weekend shift openings 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
The Baylor option provides 32 weekend hours paid as 38, with full-time benefits eligibility. Candidates must hold an active Connecticut RN license and have 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, strong leadership,
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, active, unrestricted RN license in CT.
- Clinical Experience: 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
- Leadership: Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
- Clinical Prioritization: Able to manage priorities and make decisions on weekends.
- EMR Proficiency: Experience with EMR systems for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Weekend Clinical Leadership: supervise weekend nursing operations.
- Unit Operations & Rounds: monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
- Triage & Emergency Response: rapid clinical decision-making.
- Admissions & Transfers: assist with weekend admissions and transfers.
- Staff Guidance & Support: coach RNs/LPNs/CNAs and ensure shift accountability.
- Documentation & Compliance: ensure EMR documentation adheres to DPH/CMS.
