Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure care plans align with physician orders, and maintain regulatory compliance across Saturday and Sunday shifts.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and prior supervisory experience. Baylor scheduling options are available with full-time benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend nursing leadership and oversight.
• Direct weekend clinical operations and staff.
• Support triage, documentation, and compliance.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and room assignments.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation per DPH/CMS.
