Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead on-site weekend nursing operations from Connecticut. The role includes clinical leadership, triage oversight, and support to charge nurses, CNAs, and floor nurses while ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

The position requires an active CT RN license and prior supervisory experience in long-term care settings. The successful candidate will coordinate weekend admissions and maintain EMR documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Hands-on EMR experience with PointClickCare.
• Ability to make rapid clinical decisions during weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control and workflows.
• Provide triage and rapid responses to clinical events or facility issues.
• Assist weekend admissions, transfers, room assignments, and discharge orders.
• Guide and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation in compliance with CT DPH and CMS.
