Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure continuity of care. This on-site role supports triage, regulatory compliance, and resident safety across weekend shifts with weekend Baylor incentives.

The position requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and prior supervisory experience. EMR proficiency (PointClickCare) is preferred, with full-time benefits eligibility and direct-hire status.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory or charge-nurse experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend nursing operations and ensure person-centered care.
• Conduct unit rounds and monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during status changes or emergencies.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and room assignments on weekends.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS.
