Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Texas to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensure quality resident care, and manage medication, care plans, and documentation.

This role requires reliability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. The position emphasizes leadership, shift communication, and collaboration with the team to maintain high standards of care.

Formación

• Must hold an active RN license in Texas.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to assess, plan, and coordinate resident care effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Nursing Staff and delegate duties based on census and staffing.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement care plans per policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments as needed.
• Transcribe physician orders and maintain accurate records.
• Lead shift communications and ensure care needs are communicated.
• Enforce infection control and safe work practices.
• Coordinate coverage for staffing shortages.
• Investigate variances, contact families, and complete incident reports.
• Monitor lab orders and physician follow-up.
