Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in the State of Texas.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay composed during emergencies and manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement care plans following policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments as needed.
• Transcribe physician orders promptly and maintain accurate records.
