Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Texas to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, coordinate medication management, and ensure adherence to care plans and physician orders.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to maintain composure during emergencies while managing workflow and staffing during weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Texas.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage documentation and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement and monitor care plans per policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and transcribe physician orders promptly.
• Lead shift reports and ensure clear communication of care needs.
• Enforce infection control procedures and safe work practices.
• Coordinate staffing coverage during shortages.
• Investigate incidents and communicate with families; complete reports.
• Monitor lab orders and physician follow-up.
