Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas RN license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign and delegate duties based on census and staffing.
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: ensure plans follow policy and orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: supervise treatments and assist as needed.
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders and maintain accurate records.
• Lead Shift Communication: participate in shift reports and update staff.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe work practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances and complete reports.
• Manage Lab Work: monitor lab orders and physician follow-ups.
