Creative Solutions In HealthCare in Texas is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations, supervise staff, ensure safe patient care, and maintain quality resident care.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, strong leadership, communication and documentation skills, and the ability to manage urgent situations and staff workflow in a fast-paced weekend environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Calm under emergencies and capable of managing workflow

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign and delegate duties based on census and staffing
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and coordinate reorders
• Implement Care Plans: ensure adherence to policies and physician orders
• Provide Direct Care Support: perform and supervise treatments as needed
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records
• Lead Shift Communication: participate in shift reports and inform teams
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe practices
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage during shortages
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances, contact families, file reports
• Manage Lab Work: monitor orders, results, and follow-up
