You will supervise staff, oversee medications, implement care plans, and support documentation while coordinating with physicians and families as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Texas.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise weekend nursing staff and manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: Ensure plans are followed per policy and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: Transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records.
