Hireology is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Texas to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise nursing staff, oversee medication management, and implement care plans while maintaining compliance and strong documentation.

The role requires an RN licensed in Texas, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staffing.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: Ensure plans are followed per policy and orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: Transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and inform staff of care needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: Coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: Investigate variances and file incident reports.
• Manage Lab Work: Monitor lab orders and physician follow-up.
