Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Connecticut to lead weekend nursing operations, ensure resident safety, and support staff on-site. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, triage, and regulatory compliance across weekend shifts.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate admissions and rounds, and uphold high standards of care with Baylors and full-time benefits through a direct-hire, on-site arrangement.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Prior supervisory or unit-management experience in long-term care preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritise clinically and lead weekend shifts.
• Experience with EMR documentation and orders (PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and ensure person-centered care.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during status changes or emergencies.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain shift accountability.
• Ensure compliant EMR documentation per DPH and CMS rules.
