Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing operations and ensure person-centered care.
• Conduct routine rounds and monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during weekend events and emergencies.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and room assignments.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
