Your Talent Team is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. This permanent, on-site role supports unit staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains resident safety across weekend shifts.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will supervise RNs and CNAs, oversee triage and EMR documentation, participate in Baylor scheduling, and ensure continuity of care while upholding standards and patient-centered practices.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with EMR documentation and orders.

Responsabilités

• Supervise weekend nursing operations and support staff to ensure person-centered care.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, and workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decisions during changes and events.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders.
• Coach and mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs to maintain shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation compliance with DPH and CMS.
