Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking Weekend RN Supervisors to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support unit operations during weekend shifts.

Reporting to nursing administration, the role requires providing on-site leadership, triage oversight, and coordination with CNAs, RNs, and LPNs to maintain high-quality resident care across weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license required.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Prior weekend supervision or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for docs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions and workflows.
• Provide rapid triage and respond to acute events.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge orders.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS.
