Job summary
The Recruiting Hive is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. This permanent, on-site role requires clinical leadership, triage oversight, and hands-on support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Connecticut
- 2–3 years of RN experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Proficient with EMR systems such as PointClickCare
Responsibilities
- Weekend clinical leadership: supervise and direct weekend nursing operations
- Unit rounds: monitor resident conditions and nursing staff workflows
- Triage and emergency response: rapid decision-making during status changes
- Admissions and transfers: assist with weekend admissions and room assignments
- Staff guidance and support: coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs
- Documentation and compliance: accurate EMR documentation per DPH and CMS
