Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking Weekend RN Supervisors to lead weekend nursing operations, ensure resident safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care across shifts.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate triage, EMR documentation, and weekend admissions while supporting staff and maintaining seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC or similar.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR documentation and orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and ensure person-centered care.
• Conduct rounds, monitor resident conditions, and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during status changes.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge coordination.
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS rules.
