Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active Connecticut RN license, with 2–3 years in SNF/LTC settings and demonstrated leadership. Baylor option available with full-time benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut
• Minimum 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
• Experience supervising weekend nursing operations preferred
• Ability to prioritize clinically and make rapid decisions during weekend hours
• Hands-on EMR documentation and order entry experience (e.g., PointClickCare)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct weekend nursing operations.
• Monitor resident conditions, medication administration, infection control, and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during resident status changes or emergencies.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and hospital discharge orders.
• Coach and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
