Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead Saturday and Sunday nursing operations on-site. This role reports to nursing administration and ensures continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and safe resident care across weekend shifts.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, triage oversight, and support for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. A CT RN license and 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience are required, with full-time benefits available under a Baylor weekend option.

Qualifications

• RN license in Connecticut (active, unrestricted).
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control and staff workflows.
• Provide triage and rapid clinical decision-making for resident status changes.
