Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will evaluate and treat residents independently, provide bedside therapies, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.

The ideal candidate holds a COARC accredited AS or BS in Respiratory Therapy, is licensed (RRT or CRT) in Tennessee, and maintains BLS certification. Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care settings is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques for rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate equipment.
• Provide bedside treatments and in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Document daily, weekly and monthly activities.
• Attend applicable IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheostomy; long-term care setting.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
