Zusammenfassung

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The RT will assess residents, initiate therapies, and document progress with bedside treatments including oxygen management and chest physiotherapy.

Candidates must hold an active Tennessee license (RRT or CRT) and have a COARC-accredited degree (AS/BS). Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with ability to work independently in a geriatric setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the state in which practicing

Aufgaben

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques to progress rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate, check, and assemble equipment.
• Provide bedside treatments and document daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
• Attend applicable IDT meetings and collaborate with nursing staff.
• Experience with tracheostomy and in long-term care settings.
• Follow facility procedures and policies; manage caseload and auditing.
