Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The RT evaluates and treats residents independently, using a range of respiratory therapies and equipment. You will document care, coordinate with nursing staff, and participate in care planning.

Candidates must have COARC-accredited education, state licensure (RRT/CRT), and BLS certification, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited respiratory program with licensure.
• Current state license as RRT or CRT and BLS certification.
• Experience in geriatric and long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and initiate respiratory therapies.
• Maintain patient records and device functionality.
• Perform bedside treatments and staff in-services quarterly.
• Attend IDT meetings and manage caseload.
