Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team in Tennessee. The RT will evaluate and treat residents independently, perform bedside procedures, and contribute to daily rehab goals in a geriatric population.

Candidate must hold an active RRT or CRT license in the state, have BLS, and prior long-term care experience. The role involves arranging therapies, documenting care, and participating in IDT meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.

Responsabilités

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques for rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Perform bedside treatments and document daily activities.
• Provide in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Attend IDT meetings and manage caseload tracking.
• Perform tracheotomy-related care and other respiratory interventions.
