Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for shipment activity. You will provide real-time updates, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across customers, carriers, and internal teams.

The role requires proactive support, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Training occurs the first 2-3 weeks, then a Friday–Monday night schedule will apply for ongoing operations.
