Circle Logistics Inc. is seeking a Carrier Operations Coordinator for a mid-shift onsite role in Toledo, OH.

You will coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, monitor progress, and work with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution. You will gain exposure to rate negotiation, market pricing, and carrier relationships while supporting customer needs and ensuring documentation is complete and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of freight lanes, capacity, and market trends.

This is a Mid-Shift role working onsite Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Freight Operations & Execution

Support the coordination and execution of shipments from pickup through delivery
