Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into the proprietary software.
• Initiate check calls to track and trace drivers.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure documentation.
• Monitor freight for delivery times and delays.
• Maintain paperwork for each shipment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch to resolve issues.
• Maintain an outbound call volume of 100 calls per day.
