Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment activity. The role focuses on providing real-time updates, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication across all parties involved.

The first 2-3 weeks involve training Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, followed by a night/weekend schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday + Monday, 8pm–7am.
