Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative for Saturday/Sunday shifts (11:30a-6p). The role greets members, assists with tours and sign-ups, and processes memberships and payments at the front desk.

You will ensure a friendly, clean, and safe club environment and support billing questions while upholding Planet Fitness policies. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work onsite, and committed to delivering excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to handle memberships, billing questions, and tours.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and create a positive club experience.
• Assist with memberships, sign-ups, and tours.
• Answer phones and process memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment safety throughout shifts.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and report issues to management.
