Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Front Desk Representative for Saturdays and Sundays from 6a-2p. You will welcome members and guests, sign up new members, give club tours, and assist with sign-ins and inquiries.

Responsibilities include answering phones, updating member accounts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming gym area. Must be 18 or older and have a basic computer skills with a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required to operate member check-in system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospective members; provide friendly service.
• Handle front desk tasks: phone calls, member check-in, and new sign-ups.
• Give tours to prospective members and answer questions.
• Keep member accounts up to date and accurate.
