Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for a part-time weekend/evening role (Saturday-Sunday 11:30a-6p). You will greet members, assist with check-ins, sign-ups, and respond to questions to ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free experience.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing purchases at POS, and maintaining a clean front desk area. Requires CPR/AED certification within required timeframes and a background check. 18+ and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members expectations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by company.
• 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests providing exceptional customer service making everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new membership cards, change of address and billing or payment questions.
