Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Vienna, VA is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm, coordinating with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins, timely packages, and top-tier service. A High School diploma and 1+ year in hospitality/retail is preferred; Microsoft Office skills required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.
