Comstock seeks a concierge to elevate resident experiences through exceptional hospitality and personalized assistance. You will greet guests warmly, address requests promptly, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

The role emphasizes reliability, integrity, and a proactive approach to meeting residents’ needs. Responsibilities include responding to questions, coordinating building access, and supporting event and amenity space bookings.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service background.
• 1 year concierge or high-end service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with tenants and visitors.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects in a professional manner.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and handle complaints promptly.
• Control access to the building and direct calls to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and building logistics.
• Perform daily building walks and assist with maintenance needs.
• Work scheduled shifts and perform other duties as needed.
