Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong customer service background.
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work holidays; flexible to pick up additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service—build rapport with tenants and go above and beyond.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Control access to building by verifying authorized individuals.
• Handle incoming calls and route to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations, loading elevators and dock.
• Conduct daily building walks, identify maintenance needs, reorganize decor, and clean as needed.
• Work scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
