This role requires weekend work, holiday flexibility, and a proactive, friendly attitude. You will collaborate with property teams to create a welcoming environment and help residents enjoy a comfortable living experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service background with ability to handle diverse residents.
• Weekend availability and holiday flexibility preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Maintain tidy reception area and stocking materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Control access to building to authorized individuals.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading dock activities.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance or decor needs.
• Work scheduled shifts and perform other duties as needed.
