Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service background.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service – build rapport with tenants and go above and beyond.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary supplies (pens, forms, brochures).
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly; ensure only authorized individuals enter building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces and loading areas.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance or décor items.
• Work scheduled shifts; perform other duties as needed.
