Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required. Holidays possible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse people.
• Self-motivated, energetic, with strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with tenants and guests.
• Meet and greet visitors: tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary materials and stationery.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destination.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity space, elevators, loading dock.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance items.
