Comstock JW Residences in Reston, VA is seeking a Luxury Concierge to greet residents and provide personalized assistance. You will deliver exceptional service, anticipate needs, and coordinate requests with a friendly, professional presence to create memorable experiences for our community.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering questions, managing calls, coordinating amenity bookings, and maintaining a tidy reception.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people.

Aufgaben

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and well stocked with stationery and brochures.
• Respond to tenant questions and handle complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading dock access.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance needs as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
