Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Consultant at our Santa Maria, CA community to coordinate marketing, tours, and renewals. You’ll screen applicants, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in for residents.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience and weekend availability (Wed-Sun, 9am–6pm). You’ll use on-site software to track traffic, leases, and occupancy while maintaining show-ready units and strong resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Weekend availability: Wednesday–Sunday 9am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals; greets prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, credit checks, and prepares lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including employer outreach and online postings.
