Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Santa Monica, CA seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for 122 units. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm.

You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-ins. Responsibilities include ensuring units are move-in ready, maintaining occupancy goals, following marketing plans, and supporting renewal efforts with timely

Formación

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with timely communications.
