Job summary

Greystar in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewals, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing sales and resident services.
• Ability to qualify prospects and close leases.
• Knowledge of on-site marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Perform background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate repairs.
