Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional for a 263-unit community in San Marcos, CA. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.

The role requires 3 years of leasing experience and 2 years of lease up experience; schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–6pm; on-site work with strong marketing and computer skills using OneSite/Yardi.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leasing experience
• 2 years of lease up experience
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online postings and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
