Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease packages for move-ins. Requires 1–2 years leasing experience and familiarity with Yardi or similar systems.

On-site schedule Thursday–Monday in Southern California. Housing discount is available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing experience required.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Experience with on-site property software (OneSite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures they are move-in ready, scheduling maintenance as needed.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including online ads and referrals, and follows marketing plans to boost occupancy.
