Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Santa Maria, CA community. You will lead leasing activities, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, familiarity with property software, and flexibility for weekend/weekday shifts; base pay is aligned with market, with potential bonus programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
